The Guildford Tup is Guildford’s foremost live rugby & sports pub. We pride ourselves on our commitment to televising sport from around the world.

A warm and inviting pub we offer great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. 



    

                  


With three Sky Boxes and eight plasma TVs we can show different games at the same time.

If live music in Guildford is more your scene, we also host a range of local acoustic artists and live bands on a regular basis.

Our bars offer a selection of draft beers, lager and cider, including three real ales on tap.
Traditional pub meals are served daily.

We cater for private parties, with a buffet or summer barbeque menu being tailored to suit any needs.

The Guildford Tup is the home of Guildford’s largest beer garden which includes a private “Stable Bar” specialising in outdoor summer entertainment and whatever the weather we can cater for large indoor and outdoor private parties.

Wed 24th Sep @ 8 PM Crvena Zvezda v Celtic (Europa League) Coverage of the league phase match from Rajko Mitic Stadium. The visitors had hoped to be competing in this year's Champions League but lost out to Kazakhstan's FC Kairat in the play-offs. Both legs ended 0-0 before the Scottish side were beaten 3-2 on penalties, meaning they would have to settle for a place in this competition
Thu 25th Sep @ 8 PM Aston Villa v Bologna (Europa League) Coverage of the league phase match from Villa Park. The hosts were unlucky to miss out on this season's Champions League but are still playing in a European competition for the third successive year. They've never won this tournament before but are one of only six English teams to win the Champions League, something they did back in 1982
Thu 25th Sep @ 8 PM Rangers v Genk (Europa League) Coverage of the league phase match from Ibrox Stadium. The hosts were humiliated in their Champions League play-off tie against Club Brugge, as they were hammered 9-1 on aggregate, meaning they were left to face another season in Europe's second-tier competition
Sat 27th Sep @ 12:30 PM Brentford v Manchester United (Premier League) Coverage of the top-flight match from Gtech Community Stadium. The hosts are unbeaten at home against the Red Devils in three matches and have scored nine goals in those games. Four of those goals came in a 4-3 victory in this fixture last season, when Kevin Schade's brace, alongside a Luke Shaw own goal and Yoane Wissa finish, earnt the Bees all three points.

The visitors have a strong recent record against their hosts and have only lost twice to the Midlands club in the last 12 meetings between the two teams since 1994. In that time Sunderland have picked up seven wins and drawn three of those games, so they'll be hoping to keep that good run going here today.

The hosts have won the last three meetings at this ground against Arsenal, including two victories here last season. Tue 30th Sep @ 7:45 PM Middlesbrough v Stoke City (Football League) Coverage of the Championship match at Riverside Stadium, featuring two of the early-season pacesetters. MIddlesbrough did the double over Stoke last season, winning 2-0 here and 3-1 at bet 365 Stadium, but the Potters did record an emphatic 5-0 win at this ground in last term's EFL Cup.
Tue 30th Sep @ 8 PM Chelsea v Benfica (Champions League) Coverage of the league phase match from Stamford Bridge. These two sides have met four times in their history, with Chelsea winning all four meetings. They last faced each other in the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup over the summer, as Chelsea made it through to the semi-finals thanks to a 4-1 victory after extra time.
